ignore senior apprentices to recr in dockyard Visakhapatnam

Sir we are apply case against management dockyard visakhapatnam on cat cort hyd in 2013 ,recently 2015 court judgement gives
To favour of ex apprentices recruit with out age limit,management go to review petition
Last 6 month back ,suddenly management change his opinion to with draw his review petition ,suddenly management start recruit junior apprentices, what we are do stop the recruiting & implement our jedjement? Please sir give advice.
