Thanedar can hardly offer you any help. You better institute a suit for specific performance of contract on the basis of the agreement for sale you father executed with the seller.

Depending on other facts, a case of cheating can be filed in court besides a civil suit as suggested by Shri. Barman

"we are in dispute over a land area which was sell by a person to my parent after a month he is refusing for so"
Above are your facts imported by me.It is not clear if your parents have bought the land or have agreed to buy,and it is also not clear what hindrance is being now created by your parents's vendor /or prospective vendor. It is also not clear what F.I.R.your parents have lodged.
IT IS TRUE since it is a dispute relating to property, only suit would be remedy.BUT HOW CAN WE ADVISE YOU WHAT SUIT YOUR PARENTS NEED TO FILE.
