If High Court has given the order for stay proceeding then if it has not reached to lower court!!

Pls. guide if high court has given the stay proceeding over the FIR then if has not reached to Lower court then what a person need to do here?

YOU MAY TELL THE COURT,IF DONT AGREE FILE AN AFFIDIVIT STATING THE ORDER OF HIGH COURT.NO PROBLEM.STATEMENT OF LAWYER AR BAR IS ENOUGH.

You can very well file a memo in the Lower Court stating that order of High Court and Copy application number for the Order of High Court,... etc.
