What is defination of Husband for the purpose of section 304-B IPC.Thanks

Husband means a person who has legally married the other spouse. There is no definition of husband in the Section.

According to Concise Oxford Dictionary "HUSBAND" means married man.But for the purpose of section 304B some more words wanted to be included to define Husband.
