how to issue public notice

Dear All

I iam supposed to issue a public notice in Lucknow in regards to the incidence awhich happened to me in lucknow on 21st may 2010 as my wife had forcefully with the help of police had taken signature on divorce papers.

What are the steps to do issue public notice

Nobody can force you to give divorce against your wife.. If you have merits mean you can face that case before the court of law. If you like to be with your wife mean better you may file a rcr petition before your juristic family judge.

iam a mohamedan and my wife will not attend the dates purposely to proof that the divorce is already done pls give me an advice that will prove that doc as null and void as i have filed rcr in mumbai and she will on the basis of same signed divorce paper can do second marraige.

Pls suggest me sir asap the next date is on 20th august 2010 which is on this coning friday iam in mumbai and my lawyer will attend the dates.

since u r muslims, ur wife may have taken sign on khula, which is valid divorce as per personal law.u can challenge the same in court n apply for rcr.
