I want 1)Hotel Loadging Licence Act Maharastra if any one have.
I want information ?
2) Procedure for renewal
3) Once the licence is cancel what is the procedure to get back same licence.
4) after the death of person the license is transfered to legal heir
5) where i get all information abt licence ANY ONE KNOW WEBSITE PLZ PROVIDE ME

1.If the building / land belongs to the applicant the attested xerox copies thereof (the extracts of City Survey or Municipal Corporation or 7/12 extract or any other reliable document.

2.If the building / land is a rented one, the attested xerox copies in that regard (e.g. the agreement, rent receipt, etc.)

3.In case of rented building/land ‘No objection Certificate’ of the owner.

4.The certified xerox copies of the Plan sanctioned by the Municipal Corporation.

5.The certified xerox copies of the Utilization Certificate issued by the corporation.

6.The certified xerox copies of the Trade License given by the Corporation.

7.The certified xerox copies of the Health license given by the Corporation.

8.The certified xerox copies of the ‘No objection Certificate’ from the Fire Brigade department.

9.The certified xerox copies of the Shop-Act licence.

10.An Affidavit to the effect that the applicant has not been convicted or arrested or in any way involved in any criminal offence.
