Hi.

(Querist) 03 June 2013 This query is : Resolved 
Dear Sir,

Our society is going under redevelopment & Our developer is providing carpet of 1300 sq. ft/ tenant.
We have certain query regarding this and that is at follow.
1. We can ask our developer to pay stamp duty and registration for carpet before vacating.(Our developer say this is possible only after CC)
2. Can we make individual agreement at a time of obtaining IOD or it is possible only after obtaining CC.

Pls. guide.
