Dear sir, one year ago i had taken a 20k Rs from one person .till Now i had paid him Rs 40k.. But He still Haress me to pay more 15k ..he didnt have any proof that i recive money.. sir pls guide me what to do now

Have you got any proof that you have paid him 40K.
Let him proceed legally and prove the loan.

Do not do anything, tell him that you won't pay him anymore as you have already repaid his amount with interest. Ignore his demands for more money.

You should strongly oppose him and shoud deny to pay even a single penny.
