Harassment case

a false harassment case u/s 323, 504 n 506(2) has been filed against my family. how should i get it squashed or dismissed. can any expery lawyer / advocate guide me?

Without knowing the full details of the case, no one can guide you.

If there is falsity or apparent error on the face of FIR then quashing is worth trying.
However do remember quashing is an exception not rule.
First obtain bail and then think other measures.

Quashing happens only on legal grounds, you may have to fight the case.

Hence first seek bail and then set about discussing the case details with an effective advocate.
