Harassment by neighbour

Dear Sir,

I am getting harass and abused by neighbor over issue of drainage line,I have covered this line by my own expenses due to various issues like smell and mosquitoes.

Now neighbor is asking to open the line and threatening me over that.

Please guide me how to tackle this issue.

you give representation to your area councilor and water and sewage board authorities about the issue and the hindrance caused to you due to the open drainage and make a complaint about your neighbor threat. and ask them to take action immediately regarding the issue. if they have not take any action consul a local lawyer and file a writ of mandamus to solve the problem of the drainage issue immediately and uphold your legal right.

make a complaint with the local Municipal authorities and the Health authorities for proper maintenance of the said drainage line.

let the neighbour buckle down to the authoritative pressure.

the authorities are also bound to ensure proper outlet of sewage water without causing any health hazard.

You can move to the SDM under section 133 Cr PC.

Make a complaint to Municipal body. It is for them to open or cover the drain and resolve this issue.
