Gross abuse of Surety money

Police remand an accused to the court. Court grant bail against Surety.The money is deposited by the accused to the cooperative bank run by the lawyers.com.
More the remand more are the remand. More granted bail. More Surety money at the lawyers coop banks.
More money , more delay and more profits earned. Why should the lawyers / advocates who has a stake in the interest earned from Surety money urges the judge to deliver judgements early?
Can there be a nexus amongst the police , the judges and the lawyers who could be party to the profits earned for the delay?
Is this the sole reason why lawyers do no mind dragging the case for years?

What state or court are you talking about?
I am not aware of any such incidents which does not seem probable as well.

The name of the bank or cooperative as you may like to call it is THE ADVOCATES'MUTUALLY AIDED CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY LTD Regd No AMC/HYD(U)MACS.99(27)Credit H.Q City Civil Court. Diwan Devidi Hyd ph - 24418387, 65603460.
As can be seen from the address it is right in Htderabad in the state of AP and I am referring the court of X MM , Malkajgiri Ranga Reddy Dist.
I failed to understand why some practising advocate from this state did not attempt to clarify? Are they shying?

You all mean to say surety money by the crore is with the wrong hand? Where the surety money should have been? Who is to bell the cat now?

The administrator is terming this query is resolved. How come? Surety money is still being deposited with that cooperative bank supposedly run by the advocates. Where should I approach to put a full stop to this menace?

The issue is serious as none of the experts in this forum is even aware of such a bank which is functioning right in the middle of a court and collecting money from the accused who are to be granted bails.
Pl keep the thread open.
