Yes. The NGO/Society can gift to a third party, but the Majority members must approve it in the General Meeting. The donee can sell it if the gift is given without any conditions.

NGO/Society can gift their property if their bylaws permit to them.After getting property on donation donee becomes absolute owner of property so he has every right to transfer the gifted property to anyone.

an NGO or society can transfer a portion of property to a third party through a gift deed: The process for gifting property to an NGO is similar to gifting to an individual. The donor must: Ensure the NGO is registered Draft, execute, and register the gift deed at the Sub-Registrar of Assurances office

Yes sir. the FCRA/NGO can lease the property by consent of the majority of members.
