Gift deed

The property is in the joint name of father and son . The father wants to transfer the 50% share in his seond wife's name depriving the first deceased wife's children's share.
Can the children challenge the gift deed pepared by his father in the second wife's name.

no . he is 50%owner of property . can gift the same

father has the right to do so if it is self owned property.
