Respected sir
my mother had house by her name 66/40, built up house was 40/40, 40/40/ built house has made will for my sister, brother, and for me, .my mother has gifted me 23/40 empty site for me legally it has been registered in sub register office,and also in
corporation,i have paid tax for my site also,shall i construct a house now,my brother is not allowing me to build a house,what shall i do now,plz do the needfull.

obtain approvals from muncipal corporation . if you are owner of part of land you can construct after getting your plans sanctioned by corporation . let your brother move court if he is aggreived . you dont need his cosnsent
