Hello Sir,
My DOB in my Birth Certificate is 3-Sept-1090; Where as my school certificates, Voter ID card and PAN card (Every other document) has DOB 3-may-1990. Now I want to create a Passport and as Birth Certificate is mandatory, it is going to create a lots of complicacy. So what should I do now anything legally to come out from this problem?

First tell how the records are varied from the DOB certificate, You can submit the School certificate and other id for records to Pass port applications
Proof of Date of Birth (attach one of the following):
Birth certificate issued by a Municipal Authority or district office of the Registrar of Births & Deaths; Date of birth certificate from the school last attended by the applicant or any other recognized educational institution; or an Affidavit sworn before a Magistrate/Notary stating date/place of birth as per the specimen in ANNEXURE ‘A’ by illiterate or semi-illiterate applicants. N.B.: In the case of applicants born on or after 26.01.89, only Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Authority or the Office of the Registrar of Births & Deaths is acceptable.

You have to file civil suit to get declaration of your real date of birth by producing supported document.
If necessary, you can also seek relief of mandatory injunction in the said declaration suit itself as consequential relief to correct the date of birth entries made in the documents related to you, by adding the issuing authorities of the said documents and the concerned Government as parties to the suit.

As my DOB is after 26/01/1989, It is mandatory to submit birth certificate as a proof of DOB. I can not change my DOB in every documents and I want my Passport DOB should match with every documents I have, So what exactly I need to do?
** In the admission time of Matriculation, my age was increased, that's why, My DOB is different from my Birth Certificate.
