Gated community amenities usage charges

Hi,
I am the owner of a flat in a gated community in Hyderabad, AP. Is there a law that everyone in the community must pay for the extra amenities like Club house and pool? I am ready to pay for regular maintenance of the gym equipment, etc. But usage charges by others need not be borne by me, I think.
Please advise.

There is no specific law for this.
Generally Society or owners' association fix the utility charges to be borne by the owners and users.

Society bye laws, resolution passed by the society management is answer. Refer the relative provisions.

Agreed that if the bye laws stipulate that all the members are to compulsorily pay the common charges even in the event of some member not utilising the amenities, they are bound by the said law.
