Gambling act

Hi.. I was caught at a gambling den around 2 and a half months back.. I was released on surety bail, jus few days back - police called me because surety wanted his documents back.. Is the case over by now or will I be called again by the police? And if court issues summons - ll I be notified by a call??

You are on police bail, has IO of the case lodged FIR and completed investigation?
You did not inquire from investigating officer and disclose.
The surety produced by you do not want to continue to be your surety, produce a substitute surety otherwise surrender before police/IO or ilaqua magistrate.
Consult and engage a local lawyer with all details.

Produce another witness to the satisfaction of the police. Discuss with local lawyer.

Its a small crime.

You can produce alternative surety in place of the existing one and satisfy the SHO in this regard.
