FORM 38 ROAD PERMIT IS VAILED UP TO ?

FORM 38 IS USED FOR GOODS TRANSPORT ONE STATE TO ANOTHER STATE. IS FORM 38 VAILED FOR A PARTICULAR TIME OR PARTICULAR ASSEMENT YEAR AS PER SALES TAX ACT?

FROM UP TO ANY OTHER STATE IN ALL OVER INDIA
FROM 38 WAS ISSUED FROM DEPARTMENT ON 2009. IS IT VALIED FOR AUG 2011?

This certificate is issued for a particular period and it is duly mentioned on the face of certificate so it is better to see the issued certificate.

road permit that is form 38 is valid in the state U.P. and if u r from U.P. then there is no time limit for use of an officially received road permit until govt declared it invalid or obsolete. if u hav down loaded the form 38 then it has an expiry of 3 months from the date of download.
form 38 is used to bring goods from other states in to the state of U.P.
