Foreign Bill Stamp

Hi All

I am located in Lucknow. I have ordered two machines for rice mill one from Shanghai and second from China. The items can be imported only after getting foreign bill stamp of Rs 6000.

I Need some information on how to procure foreign bill stamp. I have asked few local advocates but they do not know what it is. Any help on this would be highly appreciated.

1. Your agent who deals in export and import would know what this all about. Advocates have no such idea as the custom act is not practiced by advocates as advocates are not permitted to appear in such instances.
