Forcefully trying to take some part our field

Hi,
Our relation uncles are trying to take some part of our field, on paper we are the owner, but their father forcefully took that part , and had been using it. Now they have sold it, and we want to take our land back legally. But they are threatening to kill and all if we try to take it. What should we do.

You can give a police complaint against them for their threats and criminal intimidation offence.
For recovery of possession of your property, you can file a civil suit and proceed legally.

Yes, you have to initiate both civil and criminal proceedings against your relative uncle and buyer by filing suit for possession and injunction and lodging FIR.
