For society name board

Dear sir,
I want to know that if a flat is in the name of two people, then whose name should be on the name board of the society, if only one name is to be written. Is there any bye loss for this?

Is it a legal query? Anyhow, no bylaws for this. Two names may be written.

There is a flat in my society in the name of two people. There is a father and son in both the relation. The first name on the paper is that of the son and the second name is that of the father. The father said that on the board, write the father's, not the son's. What should be done about it? If a name is to be written on the board, whose name should be written. If i write second name then there will be no problem later. Or what can i do about it?

This is not a legal query.

There is no rule regarding writing names on the name board. If you want your name to be written on the board to the society then you can request about the same to the society.
