For loan

I m abhishek from delhi. i took a parsonal loan( 1.70 Lacks) for 4 years.. my 15-16 emi have bounced. my due date for emi is 7th of the month bt i pay on next first. almost after 23 days.. i just wanna know is there any problem for me from bank side or any other legal action against me? an one more thing i wanna know that can i took any other loan in future???

you should correct your payment circle you are being recorded as defaulter.

Deposit two installment in one attempt and after it continue the payment on first of every month.

Ask your Banker if there is any overdue in the account, if so pay the overdue amount also.
