first accused, then complainant witness after chargesheet.....nw whether can he be made as accused

sir, it is not two different case. its one case wherein the accused was made as complainant witness after investigation and charge sheet.

past 2days i am posting similar problem, but not got satisfactory reply....this is present case of my friend which has 2be resolved by me during his evidence. kindly guide me.

Yes accused can be made complainant witness at any time of the trial.There is no irregularity.

After investigation accused can be made as complaint. Investigation depends on the statements of the wittnesses.

yes, after investigation an accused can be made complainant wetness on the basis of material arrived in the investigation.

Take this example, you will understand. Few young girls are arrested for prostitution alongwith their customers and charged with sec. 3,4,5 of Immoral Traffic Act. They remained in custody for few days. During their custody it has been ascertained on the basis of ossification test or physical examination by doctor that they are minors. The police shall file charge sheet against customers and pray for acquittal of girls and at the same time their name shall be in the list of prosecution witnesses. There is nothing wrong. Take another case of Arushi murder case, where his father was first made accused thereafter he was made witness. Hope you got the reply.

There is no bar in making an accused a witness of complainant..
