Fir from court without csr

with respect to my issues, me & ma relatives went to parties home for settling the issue over talks. But they had planned & made a CSR on us.
When i asked police to file counter complaint they rejected. Can Ii directly go tocourt for asking police to file FIR>.? If so which court & what is that case I shld do?

If police does not Register FIR, file direct complaint case with Magistrate.

iF POLICE DOES NOT REGISTER FILE COMPLAINT CASE IN THE magistrate court. Another alternative is filing a writ in Highcourt to register an FIR by the police and issue you a copy joining the police as the opposite party.Then police are bound to register you FIR and issue a copy to you.
