Any FIR is simply statement of an occurrence that took place at a particular time at a particular location which was seen by so and so ,the witnesses.It MUST BE AS SIMPLE AS THIS.ANY THING ABOVE IT WOULD BE CALLED SOLICITATION OF FACTS AND SHALL DAMAGE THE CASE.
