my sister is living alone with her daughter she is living without her husband coz he is not the right person now i want to ask u if at all she has to ask for financial help from husband how can she take on what basis or on what reasons she can take it?

She has various options. She can claim maintenance for self and her daughter u/s.125 or claim financial support under D V Act. Consult a local advocate with the details who can do the needful.

Yes,she can claim maintenance for herself and her daughter u/s 125 of cr.p.c or claim under D.V Act as suggested by A.V.Vishal.
