filling the DSSSB form

Sir I filled the form of DSSSB and by mistake on the time of registration I fills my father's name wrong. Please help me sir what should I do now. How it will correct now.

You can send a letter stating that there occurred an error in your father's name, however his correct name and initials are the one you showed.in the application for which documentary proofs also can be attached
