Respectable Experts,
I am an advocate. Please help in following matter:
I am appointed as 'Legal Adviser'on full time basis in the company. now i have to raise bill. My question is that in bill 'Retainer fee' or 'Professional Fee' or Legal Fee.

There is no hard and fast rule.
You can term it whichever way that it most suits the arrangement. If you have been retained then retainership fee, if you have been designated as "Legal Adviser" then fee for legal advice for the period ... to ...
