Fathers property

how can a person gets the property of his father after his death transfered to his name after all heirs agree to same

Law of inheritance operates automatically in favour of all the legal heirs.
Now if any or all the legal heirs wish to relinquish their shares in favour of one particular legal heir they can do so by way of executing a deed of gift of deed of release.
