You all co-sharers have wilfully distributed your land and have also taken over its possession and later on when value of a particular share increases due to passage of time, you cannot raise any dispute but if some fraud had initially been played with you then you can raise dispute before proper court of law.

possession has not happened and land has got 2 different types.
1. which can be used for cultivation of paddy 2. second can be used for seasonal crops(rainy season).
Now the whole land is occupied by my brother only.
when we want have the possession we found this problem, please suggest what is best way to solve this issue

If the documentation is over with consent then there is less chance for getting it cancel.

If partition deed is not entered into and the deed is not registered, you may call for partition of the property appropriately and arrive at mutual consent. If not, you may insist that the land be sold and money be distributed equally.
