Family settlment

Hi I wish to know the procedure for preparing a family settlement deed between me and my siblings.

1. does it need to be registered
2. on what value of stamp paper shld be made
3. settlement is for division of immovable property and family jewellery
4.have already mutated the property based on a registered will be parents.

it requires registration.

Stamp duty is payable on value of biggest single share and rate of duty is different in each state.

Settlement of both possible by one document.

number 4 is not clear.
