pl explain me interpretation of sec 16 hma.it say if a decree of dissolution is passed instead of decree of annullment then children begotten are legitimate.
is there any scope in this section whereby we can say children are not legitimate.

What is the point?
They are anyway entitled to inherit the biological father.

Position is absolutely clear in this regard. The children begotten are legitimate.there is no dispute.
