Q) my wife has filed transfer petiton of my divorce case in supreme court. Court has refer case in mediation center. Now my wife is demanding money for travelling .will she get money. Where as she is getting maintenance of 7000/month

It depends upon the court to see but your part is to oppose this demand on the ground that the same is covered under the amount already granted to her.

you have to show that you are not bothered by petty issues . have a large heart .

you want divorce and it is laways advisable to obtain divorce by mutual consent . by quibbling about travelling exepenses your wife is certianly not going to agree to divorce you .

Generally in transfer cases, either Supreme court accepts the petition or the respondent/husband is directed to bear the traveling expenses, if he wants the petition to be tried at the same place of his choice.

You resist Transfer of case or Travelling Expenses??

She is entitled to both ..

She may legally demand such expenses though you confine resisting and let the court decide.
