False police complain

Some unknown persons has invaded and illegally occupied our 4 no. plots and constructed houses and started living there. 3 no. houses are constructed.

They have also filed Police complain against us on false ground. In past they have made false/fake Kabja Rasid 4 nos. and in recent past they have again made one more fake Kabja Rasid for the same plots. They have also made false affidevit stating that the fake documents are supplied by us. While in Police complain they claim that we are not giving them new Kabja Rasid dully signed.

We have given reply/statement to tne IO. What further course of action Police can take in this matter. Should we go for getting Anticipatory Bail? All the papers proving our ownership and fake documents prepared by them are submitted to the IO at the Police Station.

What can be the further course of action from the police and what should we do to defend it.

You should first of all engage a competent senior lawyer in civil side and one in criminal side.

You kept on sleeping for many years and didn't care for your property at the relevant time when people took its illegal possession and further got constructed a big house thereon and started living therein after its finishing.

It seems you are not in need of your property. What is the need of this site for your movement if you had any love and affection towards your own property? Do all residents of India first consult experts present on this site and then take their action waiting even for years?

Anyway, engage your lawyers and follow them.

If any FIR registered then it is better to apply for anticipatory bail.
However in the mean time do not waste time in filing a civil suit for declaration of your title in the property.
