False kidnapping case u/s 363, 366, 366a, 120b, 120/34 ipc.

RESPECTED SIRS/MADAMS,

One of my close relative has eloped with a minor girl, the girl`s family has loged a false FIR u/s 363, 366, 366a, 120b,120/34 IPC against the relative and his parents. parents of the relative are senior citizens. On what grounds can we file the petition for anticipatory bail.

What is the Status of the Minor Girl Now.Where is she Now.First Let her go back home and have Medical Check up Etc.Once She is Perfect Let us discuss.Other wise Let us Discuss what would be the Punishment.

SIR, first of all thanks for the prompt reply.
both the girl and the relative with whom she had fled are missing. so far we have no clue about their whereabouts. one more sir, thing we have found a love letter written by the girl but she has not mentioned her name in that letter.

So you are Aware of their where abouts.No Anticipatory Bail application would be entertained unless and until the Minor child is Back to her Parents.You May Try Your Luck.Only his Parents Could get Bail Or Anticipatory Bail.
