Sir,
Can I file a private case under 200 CR.PC against the Inspector c Martin Premraj.

176 CR.PC is pending against the Inspector c Martin Premraj.

Deer hunting case under section 9 of the wildlife act 1972 is pending against Inspector c Martin Premraj.

Inspectior c Martin Premraj was 2 times jailed in 2015.

After filing a writ, he came to work as.Inspector.

The inspector might have committed many offences but in what way are you affected that you wanted to file a crimninal complaint privately against the inspector.
Has he done any wrong thing against you?
If he has misused his powers against you then you can challenge the same properly as per law instead of taking a wrong route to file private criminal complaint against him.

You have not shared full facts of the case.

You are saying he was jailed you never said if he was convicted.

if he was jailed he can very well join duties on being reinstated. nothing appears illegal as per available facts.
