False complaint u/s 302 , 307 against me

Hello All,

I have been suffering from False FIR filed u/s 302, 307 against me.
What should I do now?
Should I surrender before police?
Should I do settlement outside the court? Can the false FIR can be withdrawn? If yes then how?
Can I get bail?
Is there any other way to complain against false FIR?

Dear Yogesh
If you have any strong proof regarding this false fir IN YOUR favor then file a quashing petition before HC & get arresting stay till final disposal of this quashing petition.
