Details are as given below:
1- husband and wife married in 2006
2- they were living in separate flat (cooking etc all separate. Inlaws are living above their flat .
3- wife had very bad temper and on many occasions she bad mouthed her in laws and husband. Her husband didnt give a penny to his parents and for the sake of saving his marriage he cut all his ties from his parents and siblings.
4-husband and wife tried for children but due to some medical complication of wife they didnt succeed.
5- things were bad at wife maternal home. Her parents are living separately. Rumours of her parents divirced are also doing rounds.
6- on many occasion wife threaten her husband and inlwas with dire consequences. She always do tthings that hurt her inlaws but for the sake of their reputation they ignore her. Even they stopped talking to their son.
7-the couple sold all jewellery and gifts given to her by husband's parents and relatives. Even to this inlaws didnt raise any question.
8-husband siblings due to fear of some false allegation by her, they had lodged a complait at a local police station rregarding her errand ways and threats.
9- her younger sister was living with husband and wife for the pasr 2+ years. She worked somewhere and lived with them.
10-recently after two days coming from her maternal home, wife committed suicide when nobody was at her apartment.
11- husband after coming from work tried to open door but ir was locked from inside. when the door was forcibly opened he found her dead, he cried for help, and thus inllaws came down and take her to hospital where she is declared dead. Postmortem report is waiting.
12- the husband called her sister in law and tell her to come ar hospital asap but she refused and appeared at police station after 10hrs along with her parents.
She was the last one to leave their apartment.
Wife maternal side has now filed a case under 498 and 304 againt husband and his two elder brothers. They are in police custody now whereas husband is in judicial custody till next hearing. This is very tragic for her inlaws as their family is suffering for thing which they have not done. Its a kind mental pain for their innocent children. Their lives were shattered.
Lastly this was a love marriage. And there were rumours that wife was to adopt baby that was to delivered by her brother's wife but at last moment her brother refused this. This might sadden her as she came back from her maternal home 2 days before celebrations at her maternal home. Her younger sister also came along her.
Please guide and tell how innocents can be saved.

do you have any evidence about sale of jwellery by deceased wife?
obtain copy of FIR and contact a local lawyer .
necessary to go through the allegations made in FIR

any evidence of wife mental status ? was she undergoing treatment for depression or other mental illness?

She had some behavioural problem for sure. But we dont have any conclusive document on it.
she had conflicts with her relatives at her maternal home before marriage for which police complaint had been registered.
As for the jewellery , they sold it to local jeweller who is known to her inlaws. He told them about the sale.

During trial you need to bring those witnesses to prove her behaviouaral problem and sale of jewelleries.
