Respected lawyers,
i want to know that what is the punishment for getting a government job by using fake marksheet/cert and can one lead a good life after facing punishment.

you may be dismissed from service if you take help of fake mark sheet . the police will file complaint against you for cheating , forgery . you may have to cool your heels in jail . no cushy life sytle for you

I will add to what Mr Sethi has said that thsi action of dismissal and FIR can be there when the person is half way his career or at the fag end.

Jails are not so rosy as painted in hindi cinema.

Nobody gives job to a person convicted of cheating.
