Fake doctor misleading public

A person whose qualification is BA, MD(ACU), PGDAC, has registered his name in Justdial website and put Dr. prefix in front of his name. In justdial website he has put that he is the best Paediatrician. without having qualification he is telling himself as Paediatrician and spreading misleading information to public. Under which section this offence is punishable. Please guide me. Thank you.

You shall complain about the doctor to the Supdt. of the District Headquarters Hospital and Director of Medical Sciences and marking a copy to the Ministry of Medical & Health of your state. They will inquire and take action accordingly against him.
