Fake complaint of eve teasing

Three days before , Youth (major in age) caught on camera had beaten security guard when guard told him to do entry in register, the mother of youth had given fake complaint of eve teasing against RWA President.
The medical of security guard is done.
Now Youth mother is saying to RWA president: when you will take complaint back against my son then I will also withdraw complaint of eve teasing.
Police is also favouring youth and his mother.
What legal remedies are available for RWA president ?

Whether any FIR has been registered against accused/ President RWA ?
If so, the accused shall have to contest and defend through a local prudent lawyer but must not succumb to the pressure tactics of complainant.

There is no legal remedy if some women is giving fake complaint ?

women had given written complaint....Police is saying to RWA president "to do compromise" otherwise they will register FIR against RWA president....

what if FIR is done , then we have to fight case in court ?

RWA is in no mood to do compromise.

The president of the RWA should insist the police to proceed with the complaint he had made.
Let the police threaten to file a counter complaint, this can be challenged in the trial proceedings, because this is a count complaint based on the vindictive tactics adopted by the woman in order to put pressure on the president.
The incident has been captured in the CCTV surveillance camera hence he has a strong case in his support, besides the members of the RWA are also supporting his case, hence let him proceed.

Yes sir , you people are right.......police had not taken any action till now on complaints received from both sides....President RWA also want compromise due to his health issues and he knows he will be in difficulty , if FIR is registered...

Let him (President) be bold enough and face Trial, if FIR is registered against him.
Pressurise police (through any means) for registration of FIR against the lady to counter her fake complaint.
