As per the court referred petition and the statement of witnesses on behalf of the complainant recorded by the police the date of offence is 17/6. But, in the FIR registered as per the court petition the date of offence is 17/5.

As per the date of offence mentioned as 17/5 is the FIR registered valid or not?

What is the status of the case?
