There is no fixed criteria for advocates fees. Different lawyers value their time at different rates because of variations in experience, training, skills and law office expenses.

YOU MAY KINDLY NOTE THAT NOTICE IS BASE OF ANY LITIGATION .HENCE IT IS UP TO YOU TO DECIDE YOUR LIMITS AND LIMITS OF ADVOCATES AS PER THEIR PERSONAL EXPERIENCE AND PRACTICE.
BUT ROUGHLY IT MAY RANGE AROUNG ONE THOUSAND TO TWO THOUSAND.APPROX.
THANKS.

Please check the Rules and Orders framed by the concerned High Court. Each Court has framed Rules for governing its procedure which include Pleaders' fees. You may check the rules and orders of the concerned High Court to know the fees of pleaders for their deeds.

as many times discussed there is no mrp on advocate's fees. it differs from person to person and place to place.

it is better to ask the fees in advance, before procurring the service of an advocate,so that further confusions could be avoided.
