Is it mandatory to get certificates of income source from the person who is buying your agricultural land in Kerala

It is mandatory for you to choose the mode of payment as approved by government, i.e., by Cheque/DD/RTGS/Bankers cheque etc., and not be cash.
By the above modes it can be confirmed that the buyer is not involved in any money laundering activity
