Dear Experts.

This is a case of Kidnapping wherein the accused is in Jail for last 4 years.The bail of Accused is been rejected twice by the Lower Court.

Abhishek! Engage a lawyer in Delhi High court or take the help of Legal Services Authority for providing fre legal aid including lawyer and he shall draft the bail petition and it is not advisable to mere work on the format sent/prepared for a particular case. Each case is unik in nature so unik knowledge is required.
