property sharing between brothers

Sir,
14 years back my father has transferred (change of name in documents) 3 acres of land to my brother and 3 acres to me when iam minor and remaining 5 acres is in my fathers name but all property belongs to grandfather.
till date myself and brother living together, not shared property, but improvement is made only in my brothers 3 acres land .but he is not willing to share that. do i have equal rights in that propery so relpy soon.

You say all the property belong to your grandfather. Therefore, if your grand father had died intestate, then it should devolve around all his successors. Presuming that your father got to his share 6 acres of land which he has transferred to you two brothers. When he has transferred 3 acres of land to each of you, it should be specific and identifiable separately. That being the case, you cannot have a share in your brother's property and your brother cannot have a share in your property. You are already having equal share (i.e. 3 acres). You cannot get anything more. If you have not developed your property, it is your own fault.
