SSC & HSC Certificate

Dear experts,

I have lost my 10th and 12th certificate recently in transit. I am from tamilnadu stateborad .Now I am settled in maharashtra-mumbai. How to apply for a duplicate copy of certificates.I have the scanned copies of certificates.

It is very easy. Obtain the performa from the concerned Board and fill it up and deposit it with requisite fee. Certificates shall be sent to you at your present address.

Thnaks for your reply. Where can I get the performa and where should I apply? I mean which department is concerned?
