Dear experts, if I have a financial bank guarantee in my favour; can I transfer it to some one,so that he can raise credit line against it?

Bank guarantee on account for what purpose, i.e., in lieu of what service or supply of material?

You can not transfer Bank guarantee till all parties to it agree and / or condition specifically and clearly mentioned in the guarantee with procedure.
