2nd marriage purpose

I am a Muslim and married to a Muslim girl 10 years back and we both have 2 kinds. I am in a relation with a hindu girl since 5 years. Now we both wants to marry. The hindu girl ready to convert as a Muslim to marry me. My parents and hindu girl parents are will to do marriage. What consequences can we face with my 1st wife as my 1st wife is not willing to my 2nd marriage.

Is there any provision in Muslim marriage law and give me suggestion.

If your Hindu gf is ready to convert then you can legally marry her during subsistence of marriage.
No case lies for second marriage of a Muslim male with a Muslim lady.

Due to inter-caste marriage of my parents, my name is ajay, but i belongs to Muslim religion only, follows both hindu n muslim rites.
