Tenant not vacanting the house

Hi Sir,

I have house which was given by my parents, when both my parents are alive, They gave this house for rent to my elder sister. After both my parents died, she is claiming that this house belongs to them (Since they are living there since 1991) and not to us. I have registered Will saying that this house belongs to me.

Please help me on how to get my house back.

You are silent the mode of transfer of the flat to you by your parents and also the basis of claim of your sister.
If your parents have dies without making any Will or Gift deed then both you inherit the property in equal share.

Whether your parent has given you the property by registered deed of gift / sale or bequeathed it to you.

Without registered document or will in your favor, your sister may claim her share.
